FAQ
The first operational questions buyers and sellers ask.
These answers cover seller access, buyer privacy, split checkout, and refund-first handling in plain language.
Why is the seller side invite-only?
Because this business breaks down fast if you let bad uploads and weak shippers flood the catalog. We want tight quality control early.
Why do buyers need to log in?
Public visitors can learn how the marketplace works. Logged-in buyers get full lot detail, pricing, and checkout access.
How does the platform price lots?
We compare the seller ask with Amazon reference pricing and our markup guidance, then review it before publishing the lot.
What happens if a seller cannot ship?
The order moves into dispute handling, the buyer refund path comes first, and the seller payout stays blocked until the issue is resolved.
Can a buyer order from multiple sellers at once?
Yes. The cart can mix sellers, but checkout splits the purchase into separate seller orders so freight, tax, and payout stay clean.
Why are ZIP and city visible instead of full addresses?
Buyers need enough location detail to estimate freight and timing. Full seller addresses stay private.
